Privacy policy

Who this covers

This policy covers Website and App. Those apps are part of TBH Network and are served on tbhnetwork.co.uk. A cookie set for that parent domain is sent to each of them.

This page describes how that stack handles personal information. It is not a substitute for advice on your own legal duties.

Contact and membership forms

If you use the contact or membership application form, we collect your name, email address and message, together with the business details you choose to provide. The form is sent only from the same site, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission before we accept it.

We send that message with Resend so we can reply. We keep it for as long as we need to consider your application, reply and keep a record of that reply.

Accounts

Where an app asks you to sign in, we use Auth.js and Google. Google sends us the basic account details needed to create your session. The session is stored in a signed token. We do not add a separate database for accounts as part of this service.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 runs on every app listed above, and only after you accept cookies. PostHog runs on those same apps after you accept, using the EU host.

We ask for your analytics choice once. Accepting or rejecting on any of these apps stores the cookie-consent cookie for .tbhnetwork.co.uk. That choice then applies to the whole stack, and the banner stays hidden on the other apps. Separate localhost ports do not share that cookie; the shared domain applies in production.

Bot protection

Forms and public endpoints use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives the check, including technical information such as your IP address, to decide whether the submission is allowed. This still runs if you reject analytics cookies, because it protects the form rather than measuring visits.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information this service holds about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us through the contact form, or through the contact address published on this site.
