Cookie policy

Who this covers

This policy covers Website and App. Those apps are part of TBH Network and are served on tbhnetwork.co.uk. A cookie set for that parent domain is sent to each of them.

We ask for your analytics choice once. Accepting or rejecting on any of these apps stores the cookie-consent cookie for .tbhnetwork.co.uk. That choice then applies to the whole stack, and the banner stays hidden on the other apps. Separate localhost ports do not share that cookie; the shared domain applies in production.

Your choice

Until you choose, we do not load Google Analytics or PostHog.

Accepting allows analytics cookies on every app in this policy. Rejecting keeps those cookies and scripts off. You can change your mind on the cookie policy page. That writes the same shared cookie and reloads the page.

Cookies we use

cookie-consent stores true or false for up to one year. It is how we remember the choice above. It is not an analytics cookie.

Google Analytics 4 may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* after you accept. We use one Google Analytics property across the stack. If the measurement ID is not configured, the banner still works and Analytics does not load.

PostHog may set cookies such as ph_* after you accept. We use one PostHog project, hosted in the EU, across the same apps. Rejecting analytics means PostHog does not load.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms and public endpoints. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance while it checks that a submission came from a person. Those cookies are not controlled by the analytics banner. Rejecting analytics does not turn Turnstile off.

Change your choice

This writes the same cookie the banner uses. On a shared parent domain, the new choice applies to every app in this stack.
